We are excited to share the inaugural issue of the EIC Pathfinder "Healthcare Continuum" Portfolio Newsletter. Created by Working Group 2 (Knowledge Sharing and Communication), this newsletter is intended to become your window into how European research is shifting medicine from reactive treatments to proactive, daily care.

Backed by a €32 million investment that unites nine ambitious projects, our portfolio is pioneering non-intrusive sensor technology and AI to detect subtle health changes before they become emergencies.
